France: Avalanche warnings issued in Pyrenees January 28-29

Weather officials in France have issued orange (the second-highest alert on a four-tier scale) avalanche warnings for four departments in the Pyrenees mountains, including in Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Hautes-Pyrénées, Haute-Garonne, and Ariège. Associated transportation disruptions are possible in the affected areas in the coming days.
