Italy: Increased security in Bologna (G7 summit) June 11-12

The G7 is comprised of Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Representatives from various other countries have also been invited, such as Chile, Ethiopia, the Maldives, and Rwanda.

G7 ministerial meetings on environmental issues are taking place and come only ten days after the announcement of the withdrawal of the United States from the Paris Agreement.
