Ashley joined WorldAware in 2014 as an analyst for the Europe & Russia/CIS regional team before joining XDS as an Intelligence Analyst in 2017. She is a graduate of Tufts University with degrees in International Relations and French. Ashley also studied at the Institute of Political Science (SciencesPo) in Paris, France, and has experience living, traveling, and working with professionals across various industries in Western Europe.

Sean is a Senior Intelligence Analyst with WorldAware’s Executive Decision Support (XDS) team. He is the lead author of WorldAware’s LGBT PRISM product line, including the annual worldwide risk assessment to the LGBT community and the quarterly newsletter. Sean joined WorldAware in 2012 after completing his M.A. in Applied Intelligence from Mercyhurst University. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Spanish from Purdue University.

Michael Payne is an ASIS International, Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and DRI International, Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) leading WorldAware’s Organizational Resilience Department within the Global Operations Division. In this position, he is responsible for organizational planning/ readiness, security operations, strategy, assessments, evaluations, resiliency systems design and emergency assistance.
Michael has a distinguished career managing the operations, crisis/emergency response, protective strategies, physical security implementation, physical and cyber security integration, procedural development, and personnel situational awareness and safety for several critical infrastructure and key resource entities. During WorldAware critical response operations, he assumes the role of Global Operations Incident Manager, leading crisis surge management efforts for significant events such as major natural disasters, political situations, and terrorism.
