Recently, FCM Travel Solutions' unveiled a travel-intelligent "chatbot." The chatbot, named "Sam," is short for "Smart Assistant for Mobile."

One of the upgraded features - Sam Duty of Care - automatically receives WorldAware location-based alerts in real time based on the travelers current itinerary and prompts travelers to report if they are safe via a push notification. These real-time alerts help travel managers navigate security disruptions and stay informed of the status of each traveler.
