The global emergency hotline is staffed by our Response Operation Center (ROC) and provides sustained communications and coordination to maintain a “leaning forward” posture to minimize WorldAware’s time to act on your behalf. You employees will have a single, dedicated number to call for travel, health, and security issues from anywhere in the world.

We work with you to create the program to respond as, and act on your behalf, so your people has the reassurance that they are calling the parent corporation for assistance - we even answer hotline calls with your organization's name. 

The protocols WorldAware develops with you will provide the basis for each and every response.

Our team will follow emergency response protocols developed and designed with you to reflect your corporate policies, procedures, and principles. Each client develops protocols that reflect their own capabilities and their own procedures in responding to emergency traveler assistance.

Your people will never hear, “We can’t help you with that,” when they call your dedicated hotline. Whether the problem is as simple as lost documents or as complicated as a critical medical evacuation, our team is trained to respond as required.  The follow-on response steps are then determined and executed in conjunction with our customers, and coordinated with the required third-party entities.
