Authorities in Delaware have issued orders to further ease certain restrictions, put in place to curb the spread of COVID-19, as of Feb. 23.

Under the new orders, the limits for gatherings at businesses and indoor spaces have been increased to 25 people, and for outdoor gatherings to 50 people, with organizers being able to increase it to 150 and 250 people respectively if they obtain permission from state authorities.

All businesses must implement enhanced sanitation measures, ensure social distancing, and provide the necessary protective equipment to employees.
