Haiti: Roadblocks reported on Route Nationale 3 (Centre department) Jan. 25

Protesters have reportedly erected roadblocks on Route Nationale 3 in Centre department, including at Mirebalais, Cange, and Hinche, on Friday, January 25, to denounce a lack of electricity. A heightened security presence and localized traffic disruptions are to be expected near protest sites. Clashes between protesters and security forces cannot be ruled out.
