An investigation into suspected terrorism was opened in Russia on Wednesday, October 31, after a bomb - carried by a teenager - exploded inside a building belonging to the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) in Arkhangelsk earlier in the morning (local time). Further details are still emerging; however, the bomber was allegedly an "anarchist-communist" who targeted the FSB for its alleged unethical and illegal practices (e.g. falsifying documents, torture, etc.).
