Filip Stojkovski is a Regional Intelligence Analyst for Europe/CIS. He is originally from North Macedonia and now holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from University American College Skopje and a Master's degree in Security and Intelligence Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. He has worked extensively on research on foreign and security matters in North Macedonia and the Western Balkans, including countering violent extremism and democratic oversight of the intelligence sector. He also worked as a Special Advisor to the Minister of Defense of North Macedonia prior to moving to the U.S. He is fluent in Macedonian, Serbo-Croatian, German, and proficient in Russian.
