Power has been restored at Terminal 3 of Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) following an earlier nine-hour outage. Approximately 48 Cebu Pacific Air (5J) flights were canceled due to the disruption. The cause of the outage is under investigation. Some lingering disruptions are likely as normal services resume.
