Hospitality sector workers and their supporters are protesting outside the Commercial Court in Marseille the morning of Sept. 25 to denounce the impact of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) restrictions on the industry. Hundreds of participants are currently demonstrating on the corner of Rue Emilie Pollak and Rue Grignan. Organizers have called for a further protest at 1430 at the city's La Timone Hospital during a visit by Health Minister Olivier Veran.

While the events are likely to pass off without incident, the presence of large numbers of people, as well as police crowd-control measures, could prompt localized traffic disruptions.
