Members and supporters of several organizations, including ReOpen PA, plan to hold a protest outside the Pennsylvania Capitol in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, starting at 1200 April 20. Activists are demanding regional authorities to lift some of the business restrictions in the state, which are currently in place to curb the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Thousands are likely to participate in the demonstration, which may lead to transport and business disruptions. Security personnel could order demonstrators to disband, as the latter may violate the state's restrictive measures put in place to halt the spread of COVID-19.
