Summary
Authorities have ended a lockdown imposed on Son Loi Commune, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province, March 4. Officials initiated a blockade of the town after six confirmed cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in mid-February. Security personnel lifted roadblocks and checkpoints in the area after all patients recovered from the disease. Health personnel will remain in the area to continue to monitor the situation in the coming days; officials could reintroduce lockdown measures if additional COVID-19 cases emerge.
