Police have arrested an individual suspected of setting off an illegal firework at Village at Tustin Legacy shopping center on the afternoon of Feb. 20. A bomb disposal unit is still investigating the incident as of the afternoon of Feb. 20. Authorities have closed the shopping center, cordoned off the area, and have asked commuters to seek alternative routes. No casualties have been reported in connection to the incident.
