Emergency crews continue responding to an industrial fire in Longview, Wash., as of early July 19. Firefighters have been working overnight to contain a paper mill fire in the 1700 block of Industrial Way in Longview. Business and traffic disruptions are localized at this time; however, officials have warned about poor air quality in areas of Portland, Ore., and Vancouver, Wash., as smoke from the fire travels south throughout July 19. Residents have been advised to remain inside as much as possible to limit their exposure. There are no reports of casualties associated with the incident in Longview.

Transport and business disruptions in the industrial area of Longview could continue over the coming hours. Outdoor events and activities in areas affected by smoke could be postponed or canceled.
