Residual disruptions are likely in Moscow's Tangansky District following an emergency response to a fire that occurred at the MKM Hotel late Feb. 21. Preliminary reports indicate that the fire started on the fifth floor and left at least six people dead and nine others injured; around 200 people were evacuated from the hotel. Authorities report that the fire was a result of arson.
