Weather-related flight disruptions will likely continue into the evening of Feb. 26 at Vancouver International Airport (YVR) after a winter storm brought snow accumulations of about 15 cm (6 inches) to the metropolitan area during the night of Feb. 25-26. As of 10:50, the majority of delays and cancelations were impacting Air Canada (AC) and WestJet (WS) flights YVR.

Contact air travel provider to confirm status of individual flights if traveling through YVR on Feb. 26. Do not depart for the airport until onward travel is confirmed. Allow extra time to clear airport security and check-in.
