An IT outage is prompting flight disruptions at Gold Coast Airport (OOL) in Bilinga, Queensland, during the morning of Feb. 27. The outage is reportedly preventing airlines operating at the facility from checking passengers in for flights. It remains unclear OOL will return to normal operations.
Lingering fight disruptions could continue for several hours after the check-in system issue is corrected as carriers work to clear passenger and flight backlogs.
