Germany: Mobile phone service outages reported nationwide Nov. 17

Mobile phone outages have been reported on several networks across Germany the evening of Nov. 17. Disruptions have also been reported to emergency numbers, particularly in Baden-Wurttemberg, Berlin, Bremen, and Hamburg; it is unclear when service will be restored. Landlines are currently unaffected.

It may take hours for the service to normalize. Some business disruptions are possible.
