Finland extends international COVID-19 travel restrictions through May 8 and maintains domestic measures as of April 11.

Authorities in Finland have extended international travel restrictions imposed to combat the spread of COVID-19 through May 8. Domestic measures are being maintained.
Domestic Measures
Generally, nonessential businesses and services are permitted to operate. Other restrictions, including those related to capacity and operating hours, vary by region. Facemasks are recommended in enclosed public spaces. Some service providers could require customers to present a COVID passport as proof of vaccination, recovery, or a recent negative test result. International Entry Restrictions
Travelers from the EU, Schengen Area, Bahrain, Colombia, Chile, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Kuwait, Macao, New Zealand, Peru, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, the UAE, and Uruguay may enter Finland for any purpose. Such travelers must possess a certificate of vaccination, recovery, or a negative COVID-19 test taken in the 72 hours before entry.
Travelers with an acceptable certificate of vaccination or recovery from any country may enter Finland for any purpose. Travelers from countries other than those listed above without a certificate of vaccination or recovery may only enter for limited essential purposes.
