Warning

Event

Limited COVID-19-related restrictions remain in force in Senegal as of Feb. 11, with no significant changes to regulations having occurred since mid-October.

Domestic Measures
Facemasks are mandatory in public places. Businesses, including restaurants, cafes, markets, and sporting events, can operate at full capacity. Public transportation and taxi services may operate at full capacity as long as passengers wear masks.

International Travel Restrictions
International flights are operating. The country's air borders are open to all travelers possessing a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued no more than five days before arrival or proof of full vaccination with the required doses received at least 14 days before the travel date. The vaccine must be from the WHO’s approved list. Land borders with neighboring countries are also open.

Those transiting the country must possess a negative test result if remaining in Senegal longer than 24 hours. Travelers must also complete a health form available onboard.

Authorities could amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice, depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
