Metro services have been suspended between Teply Stan station and Novoyasenevskaya station on the Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya line due to flooding at the Yasenevo station. Metro services have also been suspended between Bagrationovskaya station, Kuntsevskaya station, and Kievskaya station on the Filyovskaya line. Tram services have been subject to significant disruptions throughout Moscow due to flooding and fallen debris on tramway tracks.

Increased demand for alternative transport, including buses, taxis, and rental vehicles, is likely while metro and tram disruptions are ongoing. Heavy road congestion is also likely through the evening rush hour.
