Egypt: Planned water outage to occur in Cairo June 29-30

The Greater Cairo Drinking Water Company has announced that a planned water outage will occur in parts of Cairo 20:00 June 29-06:00 June 30 due to construction works. Affected areas include Al Buuth, Bab El Sharia, Daher, El Abaseya, and El Gamaleya. Residents may experience lingering disruptions, such as low-pressure supply, through the morning of June 30.

Some business disruptions are possible in the affected areas, especially at companies that rely heavily on municipal water to maintain operations.
