Most COVID-19-related measures in Anguilla remain unchanged as of June 25; authorities to modify travel requirements July 1.

Warning

Event

As of June 25, most COVID-19-related domestic controls and travel restrictions in effect in Angilla remain largely unchanged by comparison with those in place during late May; Anguilla's borders remain open for returning residents and tourists. Beginning July 1, however, all incoming travelers who are eligible to be vaccinated against COVID-19 must be fully vaccinated at least three weeks prior to arrival. Such persons will no longer be required to quarantine nor be tested upon arrival. A negative COVID-19 test taken three to five days before traveling will still be required for entry. Incoming travelers who are not fully vaccinated will be required to test on arrival and quarantine for 10 days in an approved accommodation unless they are part of a multi-generational family traveling together.

Businesses may operate with no specific schedule restrictions as long as they enforce social distancing measures and capacity limits where required; the use of facemasks in indoor public spaces and outdoors in crowded areas remains mandatory.

Travel Restrictions
All arrivals, including returning residents, must apply for entry into Anguilla and present a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken three to five days before travel; the issuance of entry permits is strictly regulated. All travelers will be subject to another COVID-19 test at the airport.

Pre-approved travelers who have been fully vaccinated with the final dose administered at least 21 days before travel must quarantine for seven days upon arrival and will be required to provide a second COVID-19 test to end their isolation period. Unvaccinated travelers must self-quarantine for 10-14 days upon arrival; a test will also be required to end the quarantine period. People traveling in groups of more than 10 persons must be fully vaccinated to enter Anguilla.

Workers engaged in cargo transportation and persons traveling due to medical emergencies or evacuations are exempt from the restrictions.

Authorities could reimpose, extend, further ease, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice, depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
