Officials in Topanga, Los Angeles County, California, US have lifted all evacuation warnings in response to the Palisades Fire. More than 540 firefighters continue to work to contain the Palisades Fire, which is approximately 536 hectares (1,325 acres) in size and 23-percent contained. There have been no reports of casualties. Authorities have not indicated a possible estimated containment date for the fire. The return of residents could disrupt traffic flows after authorities lift evacuation orders. Low visibility from smoke and possible ashfall could contribute to traffic delays and congestion in the region.
