Ground control officials reportedly lost contact with Sriwijaya Air (SJ) flight 182 at approximately 1440 Jan. 9. The flight took off from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) in Jakarta and was due to fly to Supadio International Airport (PNK) in Pontianak. The status of the airplane is unclear. Authorities are investigating.
