A wildfire prompted residents of three moshavim near Jerusalem - Even Sapir, Ora, and Aminadav - to evacuate their homes on Tuesday, June 4. Firefighters brought the blaze under control and permitted residents to return to their homes later in the day. Another wildfire near Lifta reportedly caused the temporary closure of Menachem Begin Highway from Golda Meir Boulevard.

Residual disruptions are possible in the affected areas over the coming hours. Further wildfires may prompt similar disruptions in the Jerusalem area over the near term.
