Striking Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) pilots reach agreement with management on May 2 and end industrial action; residual flight disruptions expected

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) pilots reached an agreement with management at approximately 23:00 (local time) on Thursday, May 2, ending a weeklong strike. Under the deal, pilots will receive a 3.5 percent salary raise and more consistant work schedules. According to SAS, operations will return to normal as soon as possible, however flight disruptions are expected to continue in the coming days.
Context
Pilots affiliated with Norway's employers association NHO launched a strike on April 26 after their demands for a 13 percent wage increase, among other issues, were not met by Scandinavian Airlines (SAS). Around 4000 flights were canceled during the strike, impacting over 380,000 passengers.
