Taxi drivers to protest ride-sharing services at San José's Juan Santamaria International Airport May 13; transportation disruptions expected

Taxi drivers are set to protest the operation of ride-sharing services at San José's Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) on Monday, May 13. Protesters are expected to gather at 08:30 (local time) on the airport access roads; other protests are also planned within the airport facility.  Localized traffic disruptions are to be expected around the airport. Interruptions to taxi and ride-sharing services are also likely to occur at SJO.
