UK/France: Eurostar service disruptions through March 20 /update 2

Eurostar rail services to and from London and Paris will be disrupted until at least March 20 due to «operational issues». As such, some trains have been canceled and delays are also to be anticipated during this period. However, Eurostar has confirmed costumers affected by cancelations will be able to change their tickets or ask for a refund.
