On Sunday, June 24, severe disruptions (delays and cancelations) were reported on Eurostar trains due to a technical problem affected overhead power supply lines inside the Channel Tunnel. According to Eurostar officials, service was restored at approximately 13:30 (local time). Nevertheless, residual disruptions are possible in the coming hours.

Eurostar is a rail service connecting London, Brussels, Lille, and Paris. The Channel Tunnel, through which all trains pass when traveling between the UK and France, is owned and operated by Eurotunnel.
