A signal failure in the Earlsfied area around 4:00 (local time), on Monday, July 24, has resulted in severe disruptions across whole South West Trains network during the morning rush hour. The National Rail advised commuters to avoid traveling towards London Waterloo Station until after 9:00, as trains were canceled or delayed up to 90 minutes. Further disruptions are to be expected throughout the day.
